Routinely checking doors and windows, and bringing in mail assist with keeping your home safe and protected. Alerting police, fire, gas and water departments of problems that may arise during your absence, as well as removing your pet from dangerous home situations is all part of the comprehensive services we provide. .  How our Service WorksUpon contacting Home Sweet Home Professional Pet Sitting we will coordinate a date and time for a free comprehensive home interview at your convenience. The interview gives the potential client an opportunity to discuss their pet needs and any pertinent questions about our services. It gives us the opportunity to meet you and your pet, and review the detailed information about caring for your pet(s) and their daily routines. Arrangements for key pick up will be made during consultation. Key Security Home Sweet Home Professional Pet Sitting stores client's keys and security codes in a secure safe. No identifying information is attached to keys or security codes. Services: In home pet visits, dog walking, pet taxi, special needs pets, and overnight pet visits. *Free home interview* Home Sweet Home Professional Pet Sitting is: licensed to operate in the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo, registered with the province of Alberta, Bonded and Insured. Services and Rates Comprehensive Home Interview Free: The interview will allow both client and pet provider to meet, and for us to interact with your pet(s). We will discuss in detail your pet's personality, health, daily routine and specific instructions regarding their care. Home Sweet Home Professional Pet Sitting will provide you with a business contract at this time. All potential clients must have completed the pet interview and required paperwork before a booking of services is confirmed. Home interviews usually take approximately 45 minutes to an hour to conduct. Daily Walks: The mid-day walks help to manage your pet's high energy in a positive manner so that you come home to a balanced and happy dog. Great for puppies, high energy pets and our loved senior pets that may need mid-day feedings and/or frequent bathroom breaks. This service can be personalized within the alloted time, for example you could request 30 minute walk and 30 minute playtime for a total of 60 minutes.
Pet Visit: Let out into a secure yard for a potty break, feeding, change of water, administration of medication, playtime and 100% of our love and attention given to your pet(s). Also included with this service are home security measures to give your home a lived in look.
Overnight pet visit: Will begin at 9PM, and will end at 7AM the next morning, $70.00. Overnight visit includes all of the services of our regular pet visits. In addition, dogs will be taken on short walk or given yard breaks as required during shift, medications will be administered as instructed. Stat Holiday surcharge $10.00. Medication Administration: Home Sweet Home Professional Pet Sitting requests that your initial interview be scheduled around your pet's medication time so that we can observe the procedures that you follow and your pet's behavior during administration of medicines. Transportation to Pet Salon or Veterinarian (prepayment must be arranged with salon or vet clinic):
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of booked pet walks must be called in to Home Sweet Home Professional Pet Sitting not later than 8:00 am the day of scheduled walks and 48 hours notice in advance for pet sits. All fees are subject to change without notice. Refunds will be issued as we do require payment before services are provided. If Home Sweet Home Professional Pet Sitting needs to pick up pet food and/or supplies for pet sitting, you will be charged for the cost of items plus our regular rates for the time it takes to purchase and deliver the items. |
